JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES/SALE IN INDIA ONLY:
Unless otherwise specified, the products displayed on berlynoak.com are solely for use in India. Those who wish to access this site from other location/country other than India, do so on their own initiative and berlynoak.com is not responsible for supply of goods/refund for the goods ordered from other locations/countries other than India, or compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local law are applicable.
By usage of this platform or by sending emails, data or any communication to us, you agree and are aware that you are communicating with us through electronic medium, and thereby consent to receive communications via electronic medium from us periodically or as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.
10 DAY REPLACEMENT:
Your item is eligible for free replacement, within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged/defective item is delivered to you and is not repairable or different/wrong item is delivered to you.
Technician will replace the damaged/defective part if the item is not repairable.
Please keep the item in its original condition, with user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
If you report an issue, we will schedule a technician visit to your location. Only on the basis of the technician's evaluation report that item is not repairable or the wrong item is delivered, we will provide resolution
TAKING DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER:
Inspect your order. Do not accept an order if box is physically damaged. Contact Customer Support and inform them of the damage immediately.
IF YOU’RE ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE ON TIME:
If your order doesn’t arrive within the particular delivery timeframe please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for most of the orders. On event, orders may become lost in transportation, delivered to the wrong address, or consigned to a person other than you. This may include a family member, neighbour, co-worker, or property manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or in a location hidden from plain view. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us.
IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED:
Check the packing and DO NOT take delivery of a product that has been damaged. If any basis you are unable to reject accept the product from the courier, inform Customer service within 24 hours and we will ship out a replacement.

DELAYS IN SHIPPING:
On event, we may experience an unexpected delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email by BERLYNOAK team. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.
Products with an 'International' label are imported from outside India and are delivered in 10-15 business days.
